Foot Health Consultation
At a Foot Health Consultation Stephen will check your feet for any issues that you may have, advise you of what treatment is required and then carry out the treatment. All issues of foot health are covered by this service including the following:

- Verrucae treatment
- Nail cutting
- Corn removal
- Fungal infection treatment
- Ingrown toenail treatment
- Treating arthritis related foot ailments
- Injury and wound dressing
- Treatment of unsightly nails
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, without the use of tools, creams or lotions, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body. It can also help to cleanse the body of toxins and promotes general well-being.
Children's Nails
As a Dad himself, Stephen understands how frightening it can be to cut a baby or a small child's nails. Stephen will cut your child's toe and finger nails and show you the best way to do it yourself.
Group Care Facilities
Stephen is happy to carry out the above services in care homes and other group facilities. Stephen has full Disclosure Scotland and can provide references from some of the many Care Facilities he currently works for, upon request.
Advice
Sore feet are a sure way to take your mind off any other worries, so it's important to handle any pain or problems quickly as they can soon escalate. Stephen recommends that Diabetic patients have their feet checked at least every 2 months as some things may go unnoticed by Diabetic patients due to a lack of sensation in the feet.
Stephen is also able to offer biomechanical advice where he can assess the way you place your feet, and the way that this may affect other parts of your body. Sometimes exercises for your feet are all that is required and sometimes an orthotic insole for your shoe may provide comfort.
